Regularity is important once we start.

Most clients see me once or twice a week. If one of us is travelling, we can keep up our sessions via Skype.

These sessions can be surprisingly intimate.

Some people like to work with the camera while others prefer to work just with audio with their eyes closed which is a good way to go for people who enjoy working with visualisations.

Skype sessions come in handy if you are ill or if something comes up and you suddenly don't have the time to come to my office.
